Heart of Wisdom Therapy
Before entrusting a professional with the mental/emotional health of ourselves or a loved one, we want to trust that they have the values, wisdom, skills, and experience to truly help. Over many years of professional service (in counseling/therapy, child welfare, jails, psychiatric hospitals, as university professor and public speaker) and in my personal life (as husband, father, and Orthodox Christian), I have been blessed to help many people overcome challenges and walk through difficult times. In our rapidly-changing world, I use a holistic approach that incorporates ancient/traditional wisdom and modern knowledge to address the mind, body, and spirit. You can find out more about me and my approach to therapy on this website and my social media. If you’re interested in talking more about counseling, please click the “request appointment” link below for a free 15-minute consultation call.
